About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Font Smooth, a browser extension provided by Zema Tools. By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Font Smooth, you agree to these terms.

License to use Font Smooth

Zema Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Font Smooth for personal or business use, subject to these terms. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass license controls, or use Font Smooth in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Free and Pro

Font Smooth may include both free and paid features. Font Smooth Pro is currently offered as a one-time purchase. A Pro license may be activated on up to five active browser installations at a time. You may deactivate an installation to free a slot for another supported browser installation.

Purchases and payment

Font Smooth Pro payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your transaction with Dodo Payments is also subject to its applicable buyer terms and policies. Dodo Payments handles payment processing and applicable transaction taxes.

Updates and compatibility

We may improve, update, add, remove, or change Font Smooth features over time. Websites and browsers also change independently, so we cannot guarantee that every feature will work on every website or browser at all times.

Custom fonts and third-party rights

If you load your own font files, you are responsible for having the right to use those fonts. Font Smooth does not grant you licenses to third-party fonts, websites, or content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Font Smooth to interfere with websites, access data you are not authorized to access, distribute malicious code, evade security controls, or violate applicable law.

Availability

We aim to keep Font Smooth reliable, but the software and related services are provided on an as-available basis. Temporary interruptions can occur due to maintenance, browser changes, third-party services, or technical issues.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zema Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Font Smooth. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid features where a license is fraudulent, unlawfully obtained, materially abused, or used in violation of these terms. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its latest update date.
