Refund Policy

Purchases

Font Smooth Pro purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Refunds for Dodo Payments transactions are processed through Dodo Payments and remain subject to its buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Requesting a refund

If Font Smooth Pro does not work as described, you cannot access the purchased license, or you have another purchase-related problem, contact us at productionszema@gmail.com. Please include the email used for the purchase and enough information for us to locate the order. Do not send full payment card details.

How refunds are handled

Zema Tools does not send refunds directly to your card or bank account. We may assist with your request, and Dodo Payments processes approved refunds through the original payment method.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law. Dodo Payments may also provide rights or remedies under its buyer terms.

Abuse and fraudulent requests

Refund requests involving fraud, abuse, unauthorized license sharing, or manipulation of payment protections may be refused where permitted by law and the payment provider's policies.
